How does it work exactly?
If you made a page on your Facebook account ( www.facebook.com/pages/create.php), you can add Clipster to your page, so you can make sharing videos on Facebook easy and fun. You can upload unlimited videos, add categories, change the background color of your channel and add a large background image to your player to make it match your brand or intrests.

How do I add the app to my page?
At first, on the homepage of Clipster, there is a button ‘Add CLipster to your page’. After you’ve clicked on this button, you select a page to add Clipster. Simple as that!

I just got a 'Facebook error'. What do I do?
This website and it's application depend heavily on the communication with Facebook to get the right information about you and your pages. It happens occasionally that this communication does not work correctly. This can be because of a plethora of different reasons. We try to account for a lot of these reasons, but it's near impossible to catch them all. But all errors are logged and passed on to our technical people.

There are two ways to do this:
1) While saving your newly added video, click the "Save & share" button.
2) Hover one over one of the video thumbnails and click on the Facebook icons.
Can my fans comment on my videos?
Yes, they can put comments under each video in your channel.
Can my fans share one of my videos?
Each video has it's own Facebook 'Like' and 'Send' button that can be used by the users of your page to share videos.
Does Clipster integrate into the Timeline?
Yes, Clipster has been approved by Facebook to be included into your user's Timeline. So when a user enables Timeline publishing for Clipster all videos he/she watches will be published to their Timeline. This means a wider reach for your page.
Edit page
I want to edit my page, where to start?
Just visit your page on Facebook and click on the Clipster tab, and you will have your channel customized and added to your Facebook page in minutes.
I want to add or remove a video?
Visit your facebook page and go to the Clipster tab. Click on the 'edit page' button. In the 'Videos & Categories' you will see two options to add videos. You can either enter a URL to a video directly or search for videos.
If you would like to remove one of your added videos, simply hover over that video's thumbnail on the bottom of the channel, and click on the 'delete' icon.
I want to search for a video first, is that possible?
Yes, on the edit page, in the edit menu under 'Videos & Categories', there is a button called, 'Add video by Search'. This enables you to search on YouTube and Vimeo for the wanted videos.
When and how can I add categories?
Categories are visible on top of your list of video thumbnails. If you want to add or change the categories, go to the edit page, in the editor menu under 'Videos & Categories' , click on the ‘Edit categories’ button. In the layer that has now appeared you can add and remove categories. You can also changes the sort order of the categories by dragging the categories around.
I want to add or change my background image?
In the editor menu open the 'Background image' section and click on the 'Change image' button. You will now be able to upload a new background image. The best result is achieved by creating an image that is 800x700 pixels, and uploading that.
How and when can I change my background color?
You can choose your own color of the background of the player. You can change the colors of your channel by opening the 'Text & Colors' section of the editor menu and play around with the various color options there.
How can I change the title for a video?
On the edit page, you can click on the pencil icon that appears when you hover over a video thumbnail. This will show the video's title and URL. You can enter a different title here.
I added the wrong video, can I delete it?
Sure you can! Just hover your mouse over the thumb of one of your videos. You see two icons, edit and delete.
Is there a limit in terms of adding videos?
How do I remove Clipster from my Facebook page?
Go to your Facebook page settings window, click the Apps menu item. Then click the X icon behind the Clipster app.
Can I change the "Powerd by Clipster" image on my Facebook page?
Yes, you can. Here's how:
• First you go to your Facebook page Admin panel.
• Select "Apps"
• Select "Clipster - Video for Pages"
• Change settings
• Change Custom Tab Image (111x74)
• Upload a new picture
• Your done!
Why do I get an error while editing my page?
You may have been inactive for too long, and you have been logged out because of this. Please try to refresh, and edit your page again.
